Important hard fought win for Crotone over Ternana, who regain second place behind Cagliari. Vicenza and Cesena managed only a draw against each other, a point which leaves both sides unsatisfied. Continue to gain places in the table, Novara whislt Spezia continue to loose same and now is nearing the danger zone. The man of the day is defenitely Alfredo Donnarumma with two goals which saved a point for his side Salernitana.
On the notes of Rino Gaetano’s song “Il cielo è sempre più blù”, Crotone hosted Ternana at the Scida, only managing to have the upper hand in the second 45’ when the rossoverdi remained in nine men when both Masi and Meccariello where shown the red card, with goals coming from Barberis, Budimir and Sabbione. Crotone also missed a penalty when Budimir shot was well saved by Ternana’s keeper Mazzoni. A win which puts Crotone in solitary second place with 28 points awaiting tomorrow Bari’s match.
The big match at the Menti between Vincenza and Cesena ended in a 1-1 draw, with the visiting side taking the lead at the 28’ through Caldara, but before the end of the first half Vicenza earned a deserved draw from Galano. A draw which unsatisfy both teams.

Home wins for Perugia on Brescia 4-0, for Pro Vercelli 2-0 on bottom place Como and Trapani in the dying minutes over Moden 2-1. Draws 1-1 between Virtus Entella and Virtus Lanciano, whislt Salernitana have to thank substitute Alfredo Donnarumma, who scored twice to earn a point for his side at Latina who went ahead with goals from Corvia and Acosty.
Tomorrow Bari at the San Nicola takes on Livorno while the Monday Night will see Cagliari at home hosting Ascoli.
